Tony Hawaii Automotive Group Llc is seeking a dedicated Service Lane Attendant to support daily operations and guest experiences at our Waipahu location. You will greet guests, perform vehicle readiness checks, and ensure smooth transfer of vehicles between service bays and the showroom.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and perform general Service Lane duties within minutes of arrival.
• Check vehicle battery, lights, and steering; apply protective materials as needed.
• Ensure availability of clean rental vehicles when required.
• Transfer vehicles to the appropriate service or storage location for processing.
• Facilitate the transfer of completed vehicles to guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare showroom and lot for daily operations, including setup and coffee service for guests.
• Maintain security of vehicles by ensuring doors and windows are locked and areas are tidy.
• Uphold Tony Group standards: SMILE, GREET, HELP, THANK, GOLD in daily interactions.

Job Summary:Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.Essential Job Responsibilities:Customer Service – Perform general Service Lane duties, greet guests, Within 1 minute of their arrival.check battery in vehicles, lights, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and apply protective materials as needed to the vehicle.Ensure that there are clean rental vehicles if needed.Moving vehicles need to be transferred to correct location to be serviced or stored.Assure the transfer of completed Vehicle to the Guest in a timely manner as instructed by advisors.Opening Lot- Rolling up gates and disengaging locks. Showroom -Ensure that it is ready to receive guests, lights are on, coffee service is available for guests, and keyboards are taken to the lower key boxes on Showroom lights, starting coffee service, take keyboards to lower and tow in lots.
