Job summary

Skyland Ranch in Sevierville, TN is hiring a Guest Services Associate to be the first impression of our park. You will greet guests, explain attractions and pricing, and handle transactions at the POS while following company policies. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly service are essential.

Open year-round, with full-time, part-time and seasonal roles. We offer great pay with bonuses, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth in a fun family environment.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Asks and answers questions to educate our guests on all aspects of the attraction and options available.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Properly operate the Point-of-Sale system and efficiently and accurately handle cash and other forms of payment.
• Display knowledge of all coupons, vouchers, and other special ticket types available.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Identify and handle any customer concerns and complaints involving Management when necessary.
• Must be able to maintain a quick and efficient pace when completing transactions to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities
