What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide insider info on the best BBQ spots, the easiest stadium routes, and must-see KC attractions.
• Master our frontdesk systems to handle reservations, check-ins, and payments with speed and accuracy.
• Anticipate guest needs—from tracking down a missing package to ensuring a V.I.P. request is executed perfectly.
• Uphold the high standards of the Best Western Plus brand while adding your own personal touch of Midwestern hospitality.
• Complete shift checklists and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the hotel is always stadium-ready.
