Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking staff to welcome visitors, manage crowds, and operate ticketing in a retail area. Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Greeting: Welcome families and guests with high energy and enthusiasm, answering questions and guiding people through interactive rooms.
• Operations & Ticketing: Handle box office check-ins, scan tickets, and help manage queues to keep lines moving smoothly.
• Retail & Merchandising: Assist in the retail and merchandise areas when needed.
• Attraction Maintenance: Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for visitors throughout the shift]
• Safety & Support: Monitor exhibit spaces to ensure guest safety, support opening and closing procedures, and help with special tasks as assigned]

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working weekends
