Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and handling transactions.
• Ability to learn POS system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle and reconcile money.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, in-person or email.
• Assure complete and prompt customer satisfaction.
• Utilize ticketing platform to complete customer transactions following SOPs.
• Receive payment from the public for orders created using POS.
• Handle payments proficiently and balance closing sales report.
• Attend meetings and trainings and stay informed of events.
