Job summary

Randstad USA in Houston is seeking candidates for a guest services and ticketing role in a busy exhibit environment. You will greet guests, manage ticketing at the box office, assist in retail areas, and help maintain clean, welcoming spaces throughout shifts that run from 9 AM to 9 PM, with open availability required.

The position supports open weekly hours, includes weekend duties, and offers competitive hourly pay around $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement & Greeting: Welcome families and guests with high energy and enthusiasm, answering questions and guiding people through interactive rooms.
• Operations & Ticketing: Handle box office check-ins, scan tickets, and help manage queues to keep lines moving smoothly.
• Retail & Merchandising: Assist in the retail and merchandise areas when needed.
• Attraction Maintenance: Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for visitors throughout the shift.
• Safety & Support: Monitor exhibit spaces to ensure guest safety, support opening and closing procedures, and help with special tasks as assigned.

Are you comfortable welcoming visitors, managing crowds and operating ticketing in a retail area? Do you have open availability throughout the week from 8am-9pm Monday through Sunday? Are you comfortable with $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Start date: 11/16/2026! Schedule: The exhibit is open every day except Tuesdays, opens at 11am and closes at 4-5pm except for weekends, open until 8-9pm. Must Have OPEN AVAILABILITY throughout the week between 8am-9pm. Full time and part time schedules available!
