Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to welcome walk-in customers, answer calls, and guide them to suitable product options while keeping the floor tidy and stocked. You will process transactions and assist with local deliveries as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This entry-level position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and strong time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Background in customer service, handling multi-line phones, and using basic computer systems.
• Skills: Excellent math, reading, and writing skills, paired with exceptional attention to detail.
• Work Style: Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, work with a sense of urgency, and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 75 lbs.

salary: $39,520 - $43,680 per year

Responsibilities

• Customer Care & Sales: Welcoming walk-in guests, answering phone calls promptly, asking the right questions to understand customer needs, and offering product options (good, better, best).
• Store & Inventory Upkeep: Keeping the sales floor clean, fully stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Transactions: Accurately preparing invoices and processing customer payments using our computer system.
• Hands-On Tasks: Delivering orders locally using a company vehicle, plus testing and installing car batteries for walk-in customers.
