Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors, vendors, and staff members to the facility.
• Guide or direct visitors to their proper location.
• Explain all COVID guidelines and procedures for entering the facility.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, or forward calls to voicemail.
• Sort, organize, and forward mail to staff and residents.
• Maintain visitor sign-in sheets daily.
• Work closely with the Dietary department to assist with meal notices and team member lunch payments.
• Abide by FutureCare's Statement of Corporate Ethics and Compliance Plan.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing letters, reports, forms, and other correspondence as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clerical or medical office experience.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or medical facility is a plus.
• Welcoming personality and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Maintain professional relationships.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
