Job Summary

Fast, fun, and friendly are the main characteristics of this position. Responsibilities include checking in guests during peak hours, providing excellent customer service with a smile, and assisting guests to ensure their stay is enjoyable. Shifts are 8 hours long, ranging from 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, and 11 pm-7 am.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests are treated courteously and standards are maintained by all staff.
• Address guest concerns and follow up appropriately.
• Assist in maintaining room inventory to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise bell staff activities to ensure efficient and friendly service during arrivals, departures, and guest interactions.
