Job summary

City of Hope in Zion, Illinois, is seeking a Guest Services Representative (Part Time) to provide warm, professional customer service at the Guest Quarters and Concierge Desk. The role supports multiple departments and locations within City of Hope’s care network, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

The position involves a floater schedule across North and Concierge services, predominantly on Fridays through Sundays with on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment required.
• Healthcare or hotel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Some college strongly preferred, particularly coursework or a major in hospitality or hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests warmly at the Guest Quarters and Concierge Desk.
• Assist with Travel and Accommodations, Transportation, Security, Registration, and Financial Counseling as needed.
• Support both North and Concierge locations in Zion, IL, and cover a combination of first and second shifts.
• On-call approximately 1–2 days per week based on department needs.
