Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide hospitality services to oncology patients and their families. You will orient patients to outpatient accommodations and hospital facilities to ensure a positive experience.

The role emphasizes patient-first service, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while representing the department with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides hospitality services to oncology patients and their families.

• Cater to all clientele and provides exemplary service to those in his or her care.

• Hours -Mon‑Thurs 12:30pm-9pm and Friday 9-5:30pm
• Provides hospitality services to oncology patients and their families.
• Puts patients’ needs first, exhibiting sensitivity to the needs of patients and their family members.
• Orients them to the Outpatient Accommodations and hospital facilities to facilitate a positive experience, striving to exceed expectations.
• Caters to all clientele and provides exemplary service to those in his or her care.
• Consistently demonstrates service excellence by delivering thorough, responsive feedback to all patients and employees.
• Represents the Guest Services department by upholding the Mission, Vision, Values, Promise and Service Standards of the organization to deliver exceptional customer service at City of Hope Atlanta.

Education/Experience Level:

High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting preferred.
