Job summary

Richboro Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a part-time Guest Services team member to help deliver a warm, seamless experience for patients, residents, and families in Richboro, PA. You will assist with admissions, tours, and daily operations to ensure a smooth transition through discharge.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people. Weekend and weekday coverage is included at specific times.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission.
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition.
• Understand staff roles and functions to address needs.
• Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
• Utilize computer skills to accomplish tasks.
• Support admissions and activities with tours, paperwork, and engagement.
