Job summary

Avantara North is seeking a Guest Services Aide to support our residents with non-nursing tasks and daily living activities. You will respond to call lights, assist with meals, and keep rooms clean and comfortable in a caring, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a patient-centered approach. We value team players who can contribute to a high standard of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and attend to non-nursing related needs.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean and sanitized and change linens.
• Distribute resident meals and assist with dining services.
• Assist clinical staff as needed to support care delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Support residents to promote comfort and dignity in daily activities.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Aide you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara North by answering resident call lights, attending to residents’ non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms are clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals, and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR Certification.
• One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
