Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interacts with all guests and welcomes each guest to our hotel.
• Open the door for guests arriving by motor vehicle and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms.
• Explain hotel amenities and local information to guests and coordinate with teammates for a personalized experience.
