Job summary

Residence Inn Berkeley, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, is seeking a Lobby Attendant to uphold the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will work as part of a team to maintain public areas, assist room attendants, and ensure guest spaces are welcoming and tidy throughout each shift.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and friendly communication with guests.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Walk floors to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Refill par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas including bathrooms, lounges, and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy cleaning when needed.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
