Qualifications

• Clear and professional English communication with guests and colleagues.
• Accurate and efficient input into computer systems.

• Previous customer service experience and cashiering is preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel and assist guests in a courteous manner.
• Answer all incoming calls using proper protocol, greetings, and closings.
• Log wake‑up calls accurately and dispatch maintenance requests promptly.
• Assist guests with billing inquiries and familiarize with guest folios.
• Log requests and issues in the hotel systems (Synergy and Opera).
• Maintain attendance and professional appearance per Omni standards.
• Be familiar with hotel amenities, facilities, and Moments of Service procedures.
