Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group at Warren Conference Center and Inn, 529 Chestnut Street, Ashland, MA 01721, seeks a part-time Guest Services Agent to check guests in and out, resolve issues, and promote hotel services and amenities.

Shifts include day 7:00 am–3:00 pm and evening 3:00 pm–11:00 pm; weekends and holidays required. Prior hospitality experience preferred, and training is provided. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checks guests in and/or out of the hotel.
• Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay.
• Promotes hotel services, amenities and upsells products to guests.
