Job summary

Marriott Denver Tech Center, operated by Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a front desk host. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and assist with reservations while delivering thoughtful, courteous service.

The role requires nighttime/weekend/holiday availability and a friendly demeanor to support a high-volume hotel environment. Training includes cash handling, accuracy in guest accounts, and using computerized systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Experience with basic customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle check-out and close guest accounts following procedures.
• Process cash using accurate handling methods and maintain records.
• Answer inquiries and take reservations, communicating rates and selling room nights.
• Maintain guest relations with timely and knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX to handle calls and set wake-up calls.
• Manage cash transactions and personal bank per policy.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
