Job summary

Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to manage check-ins, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with checkout while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and payments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to obtain a gaming license and pass the annual Title 31 exam. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must obtain active Gaming license and pass Title 31 exam annually.
• Background check clearance required; valid for gaming operations.
• American Indian Preference for Robinson Rancheria tribal members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in in a courteous manner.
• Answer questions about hotel facilities and events with accurate information.
• Assist guests with checkout efficiently and professionally.
• Handle guest complaints politely and effectively.
• Process cash, credit card and other payments accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
