• Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for service.
• Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
• Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to guests and team members.
• Builds knowledge of offerings to answer guest questions accurately.
• Must maintain excellent attendance and be available for events and varied schedules.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
