Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong math and calculator skills.
• Ability to input information accurately using a computer system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information.
• Complete the registration process and manage reservations and room rate details.
• Code electronic keys and provide welcome folders with keys and materials.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; handle cash and balance the house bank.
• Answer calls and route messages; retrieve mail and packages as requested.
• Resolve guest concerns; negotiate appropriate accommodations and refunds if needed.
• Remain calm during busy periods or emergencies and take instructed action.
• Attend as required and perform other front desk duties.
