Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the Sheraton Brentwood in Brentwood, TN. You will warmly greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, manage reservations, and provide accurate information.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with hotel systems, and a willingness to deliver outstanding service seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, register guests into the computer, verify reservation, address and payment information.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a house bank and report receipts daily.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide knowledge of local area, hotel services and attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and inquiries; handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Ensure proper key handling and security procedures; assist with shuttle/transport as needed.
