Job summary

Sheraton Brentwood is seeking a Barista to deliver warm, knowledgeable service and ensure guest satisfaction in a full-time setting in Brentwood, TN. You will follow Starbucks guidelines, operate beverage equipment, and support daily operations with accuracy and care.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience with major hotel brands; CPR/First Aid or SERVSAFE is a plus, with attendees expected to adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• CPR/First Aid or SERVSAFE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warm, knowledgeable service and guidance for guests.
• Follow brand checklists to meet operational and cleaning standards.
• Develop positive work experience for the team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and essential functions as assigned.
• Perform general cleaning and replenish condiments and side stands.
• Answer phones, handle guest requests, and greet guests per Starbucks guidelines.
• Attend required meetings and complete training paperwork.
• Maintain store setup knowledge and uphold health standards.
