Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hospitality standards or brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; register and verify reservations.
• Respond to inquiries by phone and in person; provide information and guidance.
• Handle guest payments, deposits, and cashier responsibilities.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs; manage lobby and front desk tasks.
• Remain knowledgeable about local area, hotel services, and available amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
