• Conduct Ambassador Rounds to ensure rooms are ready for admission.
• Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition.
• Support admissions and activities with tours, paperwork and engagement.
• Act as liaison between departments and families, addressing needs.
• Complete administrative projects and use computer systems effectively.
• Promote positive experiences and collect feedback from admissions.
