Job summary

Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe is looking for a team-oriented restaurant busser to support service staff and ensure clean, ready dining areas. You will assist with stocking, clearing tables, and setting places for guests while upholding guest service standards.

Ideal candidates are English-fluent high school graduates with strong communication skills and integrity, able to lift and move heavy bus tubs, and work in a fast-paced casino hospitality environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Stocker to ensure adequate china, silver, glassware at stations.
• Maintain supplies of service stations.
• Clear tables and dispose of soiled dishware.
• Set tables for service.
• Roll bus tub carts to kitchen and unload into dish area.
• Escort guests from podium to assigned station professionally.
• Assist waitstaff to promote fast, courteous service.
• Familiarize self with menu and delivery items to inform guests.
• Adhere to principles of excellent guest service and interactive skills.
