Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and monitor performance per management directives.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels during shift.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping tasks.
• Oversee 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, gift cards and checks.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks per guidelines.
