Job summary

• Ability to manage cash and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring tasks are performed per management directions.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and sustain an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and maintain appropriate cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping throughout shifts.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish stock to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
