Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure a friendly guest experience. You will coach employees, manage POS transactions, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires at least a high school diploma and reliable transportation. Competitive pay in Rhode Island and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Execute guest service programs and processes 24/7.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards, checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
