Global Partners LP in Warwick, RI seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and stock, and assist with merchandising and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside and in cooler areas.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
