Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff to ensure all duties are performed effectively.
  • Coach employees with constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
  • Operate the point of sale system accurately and maintain cash levels.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Execute guest service programs consistently.
  • Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Ensure products are replenished and in-stock.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors as per guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficient, organized, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
