We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.   • Supervise employees ensuring they perform all assigned duties.
  • Coach employees by providing constructive feedback.

  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all housekeeping functions are completed.
  • Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Manage cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Maintain product stock levels.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors following established guidelines.

Education
