Biltmore is seeking friendly Creamery Attendants for full-time roles at Antler Hill Village, adjacent to Cedric’s Tavern and the Winery. You will deliver world-class guest service, keep areas stocked, and support the department with a proactive team dynamic.

Shifts vary across weekdays and weekends, with benefits and tips based on business volume. Ideal candidates have hospitality or guest service experience, basic math skills for cash handling, and a willingness to obtain ServSafe certification

Formación

• Hospitality, restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.
• Solid math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Cheerful, caring attitude and genuine desire to deliver world class service.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a hard worker.

Responsabilidades

• Serving and taking care of guests with world class service.
• Keep area stocked and well maintained for presentation.
• Ensure products are stocked and fresh at all times.
• Learn and operate the Micros system.
• Maintain excellent money skills and cash handling accuracy.
• Keep work area cleaned and sanitized per Health Department guidelines.
