Biltmore is seeking friendly Creamery Attendants for full-time roles at Antler Hill Village, adjacent to Cedric’s Tavern and the Winery. You will deliver world-class guest service, keep areas stocked, and support the department with a proactive team dynamic.

Shifts vary across weekdays and weekends, with benefits and tips based on business volume. Ideal candidates have hospitality or guest service experience, basic math skills for cash handling, and a willingness to obtain ServSafe certification

• Hospitality, restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred.

Job Description$18 - $22/hour average, dependent on business volume ($10.50/hour plus tips). Full Time: a position working 35+ hours per week.Creamery Attendants are based in Antler Hill Village adjacent to Cedric’s Tavern and the Winery, and deliver world class guest service to guests in a timely, friendly manner while working as part of a dynamic, proactive Food & Beverage outlets team. Other duties include keeping work areas stocked, cleaned, and with a great appearance and presentation for the pleasure and service to our guests. Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail and/or guest service experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have had six (6) months of prior guest service experience.2. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.2. Have the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.3. Ability to climb stair and ladders as needed.4. Ability to work indoors and outside in all types of weather with fluctuations in temperature and conditions.5. Must be at least 16 years of age. Essential Job Duties:1.
