Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or guest service preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel procedures and PMS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room key and escort instructions to Bell Attendant or guest.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registrations, and directions.
• Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts; process reservations.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and post charges.
