DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego - Del Mar is looking for a Room Attendant to ensure rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. The role includes maintaining public spaces, addressing guest queries, and resolving issues, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Make beds in guest rooms and replenish supplies in rooms.
• Clean rooms, corridors, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies; vacuum and dust furniture and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and update guest room status on assignment sheet.
• Return and restock cleaning carts at shift end.
• Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, lifting, and bending as required.
