Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach. You will greet guests, answer phones, assist with check-ins, and uphold our service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.
• Basic computer skills and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal recognition.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer.
• Assist with welcome amenities and escort VIPs.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Process check-ins and check-outs with proper IDs and payment methods.
• Report cash over/shorts and cash handling procedures to management.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
