Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and address questions or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash bank procedures and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures when handling guest PII data.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
