Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Pooler, GA is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to deliver excellent guest service and support revenue-generating activities. You will act as Manager on Duty during evening and early morning hours, handle guest requests, and maintain professional communication with the team.

Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, promoting hotel services, handling cash and PMS transactions, balancing end-of-shift cash, and ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest services or front desk preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and balance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations.
• Be aware of potential sales leads from guest interactions and report to the appropriate person.
• Ensure cash handling and PMS transactions are balanced at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and assist other departments as needed.
