Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred.
• Must pass security clearances as per company policy.
• Familiar with hotel operations and guest services best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, maintain privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Encourage repeat business with future reservations recommendations.
• Report information to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for special requests and late check-outs.
• Ensure all payments and balances are accurate at shift end.
