Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, check-in/out and personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist check-in/check-out.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and route inquiries.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk tidy and organized.
• Support lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data.
