Job summary

NCG Hospitality's Hampton Inn & Suites Madison West is recruiting a Hotel Guest Service Representative. You will greet guests, answer phones, make reservations, check-in/out, and assist with requests to create a memorable stay.

We seek friendly, detail-oriented team players who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $16.00-$18.00/hour with potential for higher for experienced candidates and eligibility for benefits as part of our award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Accurate cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Use the property management system to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests, process payments, and manage cash drawer.
• Provide the highest level of service by anticipating, listening, and responding promptly to guests’ requests and complaints.
• Respond to guest issues quickly and empathetically with practical resolutions.
• Demonstrate sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue for the property.
