Job summary

Noodles & Company is hiring a Team Member to join a friendly, energetic crew in Grand Forks, ND. You’ll greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help prepare and serve food with a focus on safety and brand knowledge.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with excellent guest service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Free shift meal offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow policies and procedures for cash handling and safety/security.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
