Noodles & Company in Omaha, NE is seeking a Team Member to join our friendly crew. You’ll help greet guests, take orders, and assist in preparing noodles, salads, soups and sandwiches while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Take orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow policies for cash handling and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu.
• Serve food courteously and promptly.
• Prepare items: prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures for freshness.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Address guest concerns and complaints.
• Team up to prep the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote culture.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Role may include cook, cashier and/or server duties.
• Adhere to appearance standards; Free Shift Meal.
