Job summary

Noodles & Company in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences on a fast-paced shift. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and prepare food with care while upholding brand standards.

The role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team. You’ll work evenings and weekends, with the potential for varied responsibilities across cook, cashier, and server tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety/security to ensure safety during each shift.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & Company.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Position may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
