Job summary

Church's Chicken in Tennessee is seeking a team member to serve guests courteously and efficiently while following our operating standards. You will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and ensure products are rotated and displayed attractively.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience, plus strong interpersonal skills and basic computer abilities. This is a full-time position based on-site with standard restaurant shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and operational procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within company service time.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service problems or complaints and notifies the manager when needed.
• Counts and accounts for cash at the drawer, ensuring accuracy.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed and that display cases are clean and well rotated.
• Keeps service area stocked with napkins, cups, lids and maintains iced tea supply.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
