Job summary

Church's Chicken in Tennessee is seeking a friendly team member to deliver courteous, quick, and accurate service in accordance with our operating standards.

You will greet guests, take and fill orders within service times, upsell when directed, handle cash, and keep the display case clean and well stocked while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role emphasizes teamwork and cash security in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver order to customer.
• Address customer complaints and notify manager.
• Verify cash drawer and counts; maintain accuracy.
• Notify manager of deletions, over-rings or equipment issues.
• Maintain proper product rotation and display.
• Keep display case clean; stock napkins, cups, lids, iced tea.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
