Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown seeks a Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests, manage the check-in process, and deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards.

You will engage with guests to understand expectations, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill requests while maintaining professionalism and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and manage the check-in experience, fulfilling special requests and collecting accurate information.
• Engage with guests to uncover expectations and unrealized needs and build rapport.
• Communicate with guests via phone or electronic channels per brand standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote brand loyalty programs and offer special rates and upgrades when suitable.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to meet guest expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Listen to guests, solicit feedback, and address concerns.
