Job summary

MCR's Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a professional Server to provide prompt, friendly and accurate food service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant. You will take food and beverage orders, serve items, and complete payment for guest orders while upholding the Courtyard brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders into the POS, delivering items to tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain hotel service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options.
• Take orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders to tables and ensure timely service.
• Prepare coffee and other drinks as needed.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and assist with side duties.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities.
