Qualifications

• Front-facing guest service experience required.
• Must read, write and speak the English language fluently.
• Food handlers and TIPS certificates required.
• Experience with computerized cash registers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge guests promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Serve food and beverages, check temperatures and portions, refill as needed.
• Operate POS system and process orders accurately.
• Maintain dining areas and servicing equipment; assist with closing duties.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and grooming standards.
